I continually diversify my portfolio through the pursuit of new learning opportunities, both informal and formal, and purposeful network building.

I was the Talent and Equity Fellow for the Cleveland Foundation, placed at the Cleveland Metropolitan School District 2022-23.

I received insight into the development, management, and facilitation of ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) for a 7,000-employee-sized urban school district and contributed to the creation of two new ERGs for the district in 2023. My work primarily included project management for a 6 part district-wide racial equity learning series.

Looking Ahead:

I have been intentionally cultivating my portfolio since 2018 and hold long-standing experience in the non-profit sector. To enrich the details of my work, I am presently centered on expanding my knowledge of business management, finance, UX/UI, and environmental work.

My focus is impact and my commitment is to growth, personally and professionally.

My knowledge of marketing, customer-brand engagement, content creation, and social media management was shaped during my time working as the Content Writer for Power Pump Girls, Inc. (PPG) and Social Media Manager for JuJu Royal.
